Embedding of lightning protection and grounding cabinet of communication tower

According to the design requirement of communication tower, the earthing body should be buried around the foundation of communication tower, and the earthing body should be buried around the foundation of communication tower. Generally, about 28 angle steel earthing bodies with a length of 1.5 meters or so should be buried. They should be connected with a 40*4 mm flat steel earthing body connection line, and the earthing body connection wires of communication tower should be connected in case of encounter. When tie the beam, it should pass under it. The buried depth of grounding body is not less than 0.7 meters from the ground. In cold areas, grounding body should be buried below the permafrost layer, and should avoid installing in corrosive zones as far as possible.
The angle steel of the ground body of the communication tower and the flat steel of the connecting material must be galvanized by hot dip galvanizing. It should be the same as the steel of the iron tower. It is Q235 steel.
The steel bar in the communication tower foundation pile can also be used as part of the grounding body to connect with the grounding lead-in wire. Two grounding lead-in wires should be reserved beside each tower foundation, and three grounding lead-in wires should be reserved at the grounding point of the feed-in wire (usually near the feeder window of the computer room) for easy use and detection. The grounding lead-in wires should be connected from the middle of the grounding boom. The multi-grounding lead-in wires should not be connected at the same contact point and should be staggered from each other.
When inspecting the installation of communication tower grounding wardrobe, the Supervisor requires that the welding seals between the grounding body and the connecting wires of the communication tower should be complete, full, without obvious air holes, the bolts should be tightly connected, and measures should be taken to prevent loosening; when the grounding lead-in wire passes through the wall, there should be protective pipes, and when crossing the gap between buildings, there should be margin and grounding lead-in. Tin plating on the contact surface of the connection should be complete, the bolts should be strong, and anti-corrosion measures should be taken. The grounding wire breaker card should be set between the grounding lead-in line and the grounding collector installed inside and outside the machine room in order to check the grounding resistance value. The breaking card should be rust-proof.
